Pricing FAQ
What is a credit and how much does a video cost?
1 credit per FHD video for channel/keyword/feed downloads. 2 credits for 2K, 3 for 4K. Bulk URL paste mode adds a +2 credit premium per video to cover extra API costs (3 FHD / 4 2K / 5 4K). Douyin keyword search is a flat 10 credits per video due to higher upstream costs.
How does the free tier work?
On email verification you receive 300 starter credits plus a 10-day Pro trial (4K downloads, 20 follow slots). After the trial you keep any credits remaining, and you earn +10 credits per day cumulatively (they stack — no monthly reset). Credit balances do reset at the start of each calendar month back to zero for free users to keep the daily grant from accumulating indefinitely.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Add-on credit packs require an active Starter, Pro, or VIP plan. The free tier and add-on packs are designed as separate paths — free users earn via daily grant, paid users can top up on demand.
What payment methods do you accept?
Local Bank Transfer (VietQR via SePay) for VND payments, and Crypto (USDT or USDC on BSC, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Solana networks) via NowPayments for global users. We also support Affiliate Balance for users who earn through the referral program.
Is the subscription auto-renewed?
No. BulkVid uses one-time payments — your plan expires after 30 or 365 days and you renew manually. You will not be charged unexpectedly.
What happens when my plan expires?
You drop back to the Free tier. Credit balance resets to 0 at expiry, and your daily-grant accumulation resets too. Your trial Pro period does not reactivate. You can rebuy any plan at any time.
Can I switch plans mid-period?
Yes. Buying a higher tier immediately replaces your current plan — the new duration starts fresh and remaining days from the previous plan are forfeited. We recommend buying the next tier near the end of your current period.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are non-refundable except in cases of Service error (failed render, API outage). The system automatically refunds credits for video downloads or renders that fail server-side.
Do you charge per minute of video?
No. Pricing is per video, not per minute. A 30-second TikTok and a 5-minute Bilibili UP video cost the same credits at the same quality. Bulk Edit also charges flat per rendered video.
