1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BulkVid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BulkVid is a SaaS platform that sells prepaid credits for browser-based tools to archive and export metadata and media from publicly available social content on supported platforms (including TikTok, Douyin, Bilibili, Weibo, Kuaishou, Pipix, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and others listed in the Documentation page). Features include channel listing, bulk URL processing, optional batch video editing, ZIP export, and CSV metadata manifests.

The Service is intended for personal backup, offline reference, research, and content management of material you own or are permitted to use under applicable law and each platform's terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded or processed content.
  • You must comply with applicable copyright law and each platform's Terms of Service.
  • You must only request content you have the right to access and use — for example your own uploads, licensed material, or public content for permitted research and backup.
  • You must not use the Service to access private, members-only, subscription-only, or DRM-protected content.
  • You must not use the Service for unauthorized redistribution, commercial resale of third-party content, or any purpose that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, credits, authentication, or other access controls.

4. Content Ownership

All media belongs to its original creators or rights holders. BulkVid does not claim ownership of any content you download or edit. The Service is a technical tool only — BulkVid does not verify that you have rights to any specific item you request.

5. Credits and Payment

  • New accounts must verify email before receiving starter credits and trial benefits.
  • After email verification, eligible accounts receive starter credits and a time-limited trial as described on the Pricing page (amounts and durations may change).
  • Verified free accounts may receive a daily credit grant (cumulative, subject to monthly clawback rules described in-app).
  • Credits are consumed per operation (per video, per URL, per render, etc.) according to current pricing shown in the app.
  • Credits are non-refundable except where the Service fails due to a server-side error (failed downloads or renders may be refunded automatically). See our Refund Policy for payment (money) refunds.
  • Payments are processed via bank transfer (SePay) for VND, cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC on Arbitrum or Solana), PayPal (USD, where enabled), or Affiliate Balance where offered. We do not store payment card numbers.
  • Digital credits and plan access are delivered instantly upon confirmed payment. One-time plan purchases are not auto-renewing unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit prices, packages, and plan limits at any time. Pricing at the time of your transaction applies.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Downloading or processing content you do not have the right to use
  • Bypassing technical protection measures, paywalls, DRM, or access restrictions on third-party platforms
  • Automated abuse, credential sharing, or attempts to overload the Service
  • Using downloaded content to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Reselling, mass reposting, or redistributing third-party content without permission
  • Any illegal purpose or violation of third-party platform policies

7. Service Availability

The Service depends on third-party APIs and CDNs that may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific video quality, or compatibility with every URL format. Features may be added, modified, or removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of downloaded content, loss of data, or reliance on the Service.

9. Copyright complaints

Rights holders may report alleged copyright infringement or abuse to [email protected]. Full procedures, required notice elements, and counter-notification steps are in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

10. Repeat infringer policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or violate these Terms. "Repeat infringer" includes users who receive multiple valid infringement notices, engage in unauthorized mass redistribution, or use the Service to circumvent access controls on third-party platforms. We maintain internal records of notices and account actions.

11. API access

API features available to eligible paid tiers are subject to these Terms. Automated use for unauthorized redistribution, resale of third-party content, or circumvention of DRM or paywalls is prohibited. We may revoke API access without refund for violations.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose legal or operational risk — with or without refund, at our discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
