Refund Policy

BulkVid sells prepaid credits and time-limited plan access for a SaaS tool. This policy explains when we refund money (payment processors) versus when we refund credits (in-app balance). See also our Terms of Service.

1. Digital delivery

Credits and plan activation are delivered instantly after we confirm your payment (bank transfer match, on-chain crypto verification, PayPal capture, or affiliate balance debit). By completing checkout, you request immediate delivery of digital goods.

2. Credit refunds (in-app)

  • Credits consumed for successful operations are non-refundable.
  • If a download or Bulk Edit render fails due to a server-side error, credits for that operation may be refunded automatically to your balance.
  • Unused credits remain in your account until used or until plan/trial expiry rules apply (see Pricing).

3. Payment refunds (money back)

We may refund your original payment method only in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same order.
  • Technical failure — payment succeeded but credits/plan were not granted and we cannot fix delivery within 48 hours.
  • Unauthorized charge — after investigation, we confirm the payment was not authorized by the account holder.

We generally do not refund money when:

  • Credits or plan access were delivered successfully.
  • You changed your mind after using credits.
  • A third-party platform blocked, removed, or restricted content you attempted to archive.
  • You violated our Terms of Service or Copyright Policy.

4. PayPal and card disputes

If you open a PayPal dispute or card chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the case is reviewed. If the dispute is resolved in your favor for a valid reason listed above, we will cooperate with the payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

5. Crypto and bank transfer

  • Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Refunds, when approved, may be sent in credits or USDT/USDC at our discretion; network fees are non-refundable.
  • Bank transfer (VND) — refunds, when approved, are returned to the same bank account used for payment, subject to Vietnamese banking rules.
  • Affiliate Balance payments are final and non-refundable (see Affiliate Program).

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with subject Refund Request — BulkVid. Include your account email, order ID, payment method, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
